The Prescient Shiraz Report 2022 is now live. Take a look at the Top 10 Shiraz wines from this year's report.

This year’s Shiraz Report sponsored by multinational financial services company Prescient attracted 99 entries and these were tasted blind (labels out of sight) by a three-person panel, scoring done according to the 100-point quality scale. The Top 10 is as follows:

“The wines showed extremely well with 60% of the line-up rating 90-plus on the 100-point quality scale. There’s seems to be a widespread understanding among winemakers as to how to get the best out of the variety and I would argue that it’s South Africa’s most exciting red wine category at the moment,” says Christian Eedes, chairman of the tasting panel and editor.
