In The Cellar
This blend consists of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Shiraz, with Merlot being the predominant variety.
During the winemaking process, each cultivar was vinified separately and aged in a combination of older 300L French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks with staves. After 10 months, the different components were meticulously blended following rigorous tasting sessions with our esteemed Old Man, Peter Pentz sr.
