Tasting Notes
A classic and focused Cabernet Sauvignon, with a nose of blackcurrant, black cherry, and tea leaves, accented by sandalwood and pencil shavings. The palate is poised and structured, with fine tannins providing tension and longevity. A graphite core runs through the wine, adding depth and
precision, while bright acidity ensures freshness. A wine of great concentration and finesse.
About The Harvest
Grapes were hand-harvested
In The Cellar
Grapes were cooled overnight before being destemmed and fermented in open-top concrete tanks. Gentle extraction was achieved through two light pump-overs per day. The wine was then aged for 18 months in first-fill 225L French oak barrels.
