The organic wine range reflects our “less is more” approach. Nature, after all, is wonderful. These wines are approachable and balanced without being overly complex. The grapes for our organic range are grown at a slightly lower altitude. The resulting climate and soil fertility lends itself to making wines that are fruit driven. All our wines in this range are organic (Eco certified), vegan- friendly & an ideal go-to wine for enjoying any day of the week.
Aromas of fresh lime juice, lime zest and lemon on the nose with hints of green apple and Cape gooseberry. The palate has a lovely complexity with continuing notes of lime and lemon. Subtle nuances of litchi pith adds intrigue to the finish of the wine. The wine is fresh with a well-integrated acidity and textured finish.

Notes of pear, yellow King peach, ripe lemon and Golden Delicious apple on the nose. There is also a hint of pineapple as the wine starts to open up a little more. Lots of ripe fruit on the palate, but with a lovely acidity and a dry finish.

The wine opens up to a bouquet of red cherries, violets, spice and black pepper. There are further hints of smokiness, black berries and moist tobacco on the nose. Distinct notes of pepper, all spice, dark fruit and nutmeg can be distinguished on the palate. The wine is well balanced and has a good structure and dry finish.

The nose has distinct mulberry, blackcurrant and cherry characters, along with cedarwood and spices. Layers of black fruit, cherries, spices and liquorice develop on the palate, making the wine very enjoyable. Well balanced & structured, with juicy sweet tannins, but a dry finish.
